These are the protections available in the client area (profile photo, then Security):
- Two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator (recommended) or SMS.
- Withdrawal allowlist: withdrawals only to addresses you saved. Requires 2FA.
- Anti-phishing code: a word of your choice that appears in every official FXBITI email. Requires 2FA.
- Device management: the list of devices, IP addresses and times of each login. If you see a login you do not recognize, change your password and turn on 2FA right away.
Withdrawals require a verified account and always go to an account or wallet in the account holder's own name. FXBITI is not covered by a regulator-run compensation scheme; see Is FXBITI regulated?
