1. Opening and verifying an account
Sign-up is at my.fxbiti.com. Every new account starts as Not verified: demo accounts and crypto deposits only. After a photo ID and a selfie are approved, the account is Verified and can open real accounts, deposit in fiat currency and withdraw.
2. Depositing
Funds, then Deposit, in fiat currency or crypto. The money lands in your eWallet; to trade, you transfer it to an MT5 or FXBTRADER account. Minimum deposit US$ 5. The amount in US dollars can differ slightly from what you paid because of the exchange rate and the payment processor's fee.
3. Trading conditions
Spreads, leverage, fees and trading hours are set per instrument and shown in the platform's instrument information panel. Outside trading hours, only stop orders are accepted.
4. Withdrawing
Transfer back to the eWallet, then Funds, then Withdrawal. Fiat currency or crypto, to an account in your own name, processed on business days. Each withdrawal is reviewed under the AML policy. One withdrawal at a time; you can cancel a pending one yourself.
5. Security
Two-factor authentication, withdrawal allowlist, anti-phishing code and device log, all in the client area under Security. Support never asks for your password or 2FA code.
